BoC E-learning is a part of the Balance Of Creation Ltd., a staffing, supported living and eLearning agency established in 2021 by 4 Healthcare practitioners with a combined 40 years of experience in the clinical, healthcare and support sectors.

Having experienced the vulnerability and helplessness of people limited by physical, mental and developmental challenges, Mr. Jermaine Jemmoth, the Chief Executive Officer of Balance of Creation Ltd. decided to spend his life providing care and assisting vulnerable people to enjoy a great quality of life.

To actualize this, he went into the care and support practice, personally caring for and supporting vulnerable people including the elderly, those with special needs, physically challenged individuals and individuals with challenging behaviour, etc.

To help more vulnerable people access care and support, he, alongside 3 other healthcare competent and experienced practitioners founded the Balance of Creation Recruitment Agency which trains and deploys kind and empathetic care and support workers across the UK; and the Balance of Creation eLearning platform with over 80 mandatory and specialized healthcare courses that cater to the training needs of corporate organizations and individuals who aspire to become highly efficient healthcare support workers

BoC offers full training solutions for individuals desiring to acquire skills and certifications that allow them to practice in the healthcare and support sector; and corporate bodies who wish to equip their employees with the right skills to be more efficient in their service delivery.
