The course aims at giving the learner skills on how to handle complaints and improve on services provided. It explans what a complaint is and how to deal with anonymopus complaints.
You will also earn how to resolve complaints and examining and managing difficult behaviours of complainants. The course ends with the identification of an individual’s right to complain and what they can do if a complaint to a service provider has not be resolved to their satisfaction.
